How long is the Summer Treasure Glacier Discovery?

The total tour duration is approximately 5-6 hours from Glacier Lagoon (Jokulsarlon) and back, including the super jeep ride and multiple stops on the glacier.

When does the tour operate?

The Summer Treasure Glacier Discovery runs from April through October. What should I wear and bring?

Hiking boots with ankle support are required. Wear warm, layered clothing — fleece or wool plus a windproof and waterproof outer layer. Bring gloves, a hat, water, an energy-rich snack or lunch, and a camera. Jeans are not recommended as they absorb moisture quickly.
