Payment
Valitor is an authorized, secure, payment provider provided by Blue Iceland (Klukkugil ehf.). Valitor, tel: 525 2000, email: valitor@valitor.is, may appear on your card statement.
Tour departure / Pick-up / drop-off service
All day tours booked start from Glacier Lagoon, (Jökulsárlón), South Iceland, near Höfn í Hornafirði, at the departure time given on your voucher. It is the passengers’ responsibility to arrive in time to check in for their tour and to board the Super Jeep at the tour departure time. We can help arrange transport from the capital area or give information regarding transport to the departure area.
Return times
Return times are estimated and during winter return times can vary due to weather conditions.
Excluded
Unless specifically listed, meals and refreshments are not included. We recommend bringing refreshments along on trips.
Clothing
Sturdy shoes and a warm outdoor wear should be worn when traveling in Iceland during any season. On the glacier it can get very cold and therefore we recommend warm winter clothing for our tours. We recommend hiking shoes, warm socks, good winter jacket and warm sweater. Please bring warm gloves and a warm hat.
Liability
Blue Iceland reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or timetables should the necessity arise, including irregularities due to adverse weather or road conditions. No responsibility is taken for losses or expenses due to delay or changes of flights, injury, damaged, negligence, weather, war or other unforeseeable causes. The estimated duration of tours as indicated on our website are standard times and can vary according to road or weather conditions and delays may occur for unforeseen reasons.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your tour at least 24 hours’ prior departure, we will fully refund your ticket. Cancellations received outside of the time limits can not be refunded.

Jurisdiction clause
Any dispute or claims arising out of or in connection with the business between the parties, shall be governed and construed by the laws of Iceland. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Iceland shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with their business. For Klukkugil’s jurisdiction the court is the District Court of East Iceland.
